Your service request will be dispatched immediately to a qualified Edison OnCall approved technician in your area. The technician will schedule a convenient appointment for diagnosis and repair. Our membership is offered on a month-to-month basis, and you may cancel at any time.

Customize Your Coverage

Our flexible service plan allow you to customize your electrical repair service for the complex you manage. For $5.95 per unit per month, your basic package includes repair services for switches, outlets, circuit breakers, fuses and wiring. Once you subscribe to the basic service, you can add a variety of customized options.

This Web site briefly describes the terms of the Edison OnCall Electrical program for multiple unit residential complexes. A complete description of the terms and conditions of the Edison OnCall program, including aggregate and per occurrence liability limits, is contained in the Service Contract, a copy of which will be sent to each new subscriber. Please read the contract carefully.

If you have a problem with a covered electric repair in your complex, the Edison OnCall repair person will fix the problem at no additional charge during the service call.

The Edison OnCall Electrical Repair program covers broken or malfunctioning fuses, breakers, switches, outlets or electrical wiring in your home.

Pre-existing electrical problems are not covered.

The Edison OnCall Electrical Repair program does not cover certain items and conditions, including damage incurred within 30 days after the effective date of coverage. Please review the Service Contract for a complete list of items not covered.

If the problem is not covered by the Edison OnCall Electrical Repair program, the repair person will, at no additional cost, provide an estimate of what repairs are needed and the cost for those repairs. This additional work is not part of the Edison OnCall program, and if you choose to have the repair person perform this work, you will be responsible to the repair person for the cost of such repairs. Repairs that are not covered by the Edison OnCall program are neither warranted by nor the responsibility of Edison OnCall.

The Edison OnCall Electrical Repair subscription is for a one-month term, and will be renewed automatically each month upon payment of the monthly fee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying Edison OnCall in writing at PO Box 338, San Dimas, CA 91773 or by calling 1-800-362-5157.

Edison Select will not be liable for any delay in responding to service requests due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, e.g., natural disaster and major power interruptions.

All Edison OnCall prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Edison OnCall Electrical Repair program is offered by Select Home Warranty Company (Contractor License Number 725314), a subsidiary of Edison International.

Edison Select is not the same company as Southern California Edison, the utility, and is not regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission. You do not have to buy Edison Select's products in order to continue to receive quality regulated services from the utility.
