Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple contracts for delivery of operations, maintenance and other customer core services and related utility services
• Identify and manage resolution of project issues, often without established precedence
• Routine internal contact with all levels of management; prepare senior management presentations
• Routine external contact with suppliers, alliance partners, subcontractors and clients
• Responsible for budget and schedule
• Responsible for standard supervisory tasks, monitoring, evaluations and administration

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Minimum five years experience in management, supervision or contract management role
• Working knowledge of contracting and directing subcontractors, ideally for utility infrastructure and customer support systems
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis, budget, schedule and administer multi-faceted contracts
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract development, bids and proposals, and administer contracts with vendors

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field; or
• Possess minimum of five years equivalent combination of education and experience
